dc.descriptionThis study aimed at trying to discover the reasons behind the occurrence of labor disputes in the public health institution in Al-Rahouia-Tiaret-The questionnaire tool was used as a means of data collection, and the study sample consisted of 35 nurses who were selected using the purposive sampling method from the total community of 100 nurses, and our study reached the following results: - Inadequate working conditions are among the reasons that lead to conflicts within an organization due to poor work means and the large number of disputes and problems. - Unwillingness of employees to go to work due to dissatisfaction with the working conditions in the institution. - Dissatisfaction of employees with the promotion standards in force in the institution. Conflicts occur between employees in the event that one employee is promoted at the expense of another. - Relationships between employees and their officials are tense. - The relations of employees with each other are less tense when compared to the relationship between employees and his officialsen_US
