dc.descriptionThe current study aimed to try to find out the extent of the contribution of organizational culture in building work teams, and try to address this topic by extracting its outputs and knowing its importance in the Algerian institution, especially Algeria Telecom - Tiaret -, as this topic is considered among the most important topics in the field of sociology, organization and work, which has received great attention by researchers and specialists in social sciences in general, so that we have a scientific and practical division of our study trying to adjust all the variables of the study in order to control the subject, by addressing the beginning of A theoretical side and then an applied side, a summary of the results of the study. Theoretical aspect: At this stage, we tried to familiarize ourselves with everything related to the study, trying to adjust the conceptual and theoretical framework of the study, so that the problem, hypotheses, objectives of the study, the importance of the study, the reasons for choosing the topic were determined, in addition to developing definitions of the concepts of the study and the most important dimensions of concepts with a presentation of previous studies and the development of the most important theories explaining the subject. Applied aspect: At this stage, the methodological framework has been adjusted by tracking steps and methodological procedures, in order to diagnose the actual reality of the variables and dimensions of the study, where we relied on the descriptive approach by selecting the sample of the comprehensive survey to include the study all the research vocabulary represented in (41) employees divided into (31) framework and (6) control agents, and we also relied on the form as a basic tool in collecting data with the help of the interview in order to be able to analyze and familiarize himself with the subject more, and then put all the information in Simple and complex tables, for the purpose of revealing the relationship between the variables and then analyzing the results and discussing them in the light of previous hypotheses and studies, and finally some issues and recommendations raised by the current study were developeden_US
