| Résumé: | هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى تأثير التطور التكن ولوجي على فعالية التنظيم الإداري، وقد تم إجراء الدراسة الميدانية بالمديرية العملياتية للإتصالات بتيارت، وإنطلقت هذه الدراسة من تساؤل مركزي مفاده: مامدى تأثير التطور التكنولوجي على فعالية التنظيم الإداري؟، وإندرجت تحته أسئلة فرعية على النحو التالي: إلى أي مدى تسهم تكنولوجيا المعلومات في فعالية التنظيم الإداري؟، ما مدى تأثير تكنولوجيا الإتصال في فعالية التنظيم الإداري؟ وقد تم صياغة الفرضيات التالية: التطور التكنولوجي يؤثر إيجابا على فعالية التنظيم الإداري، تسهم تكنولوجيا المعلومات إلى حد كبير في فعالية التنظيم الإداري، تؤثر تكنولوجيا الإتصال إلى حد كبير في فعالية التنظيم الإداري. ومن أجل تحقيق أهداف هذه الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الكمي لإمكانية تعميم أكبر للنتائج، والإعتماد على الإستمارة كأداة لجمع البيانات. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: يؤثر التطور التكنولوجي إيجابا على فعالية التنظيم الإداري، كما تسهم كل من تكنولوجيا المعلومات والإتصال في فعالية التنظيم الإداري |
| Description: | This study aimed to find out the extent of the impact of technological development on the effectiveness of administrative organization. The field study was conducted in the Operational Directorate of Communications in Tiaret. This study started from a central question: What is the extent of the impact of technological development on the effectiveness of administrative organization? Next: To what extent does information technology contribute to the effectiveness of administrative organization? What is the extent of the impact of communication technology on the effectiveness of administrative organization? The following hypotheses have been formulated: Technological development positively affects the effectiveness of administrative organization, information technology contributes greatly to the effectiveness of administrative organization, communication technology greatly affects the effectiveness of administrative organization. In order to achieve the objectives of this study, the quantitative approach was used for the possibility of greater generalization of the results, and reliance on the questionnaire as a tool for data collection. The study reached the following results: Technological development positively affects the effectiveness of administrative organization, and both information and communication technology contribute to the effectiveness of administrative organization |
