dc.description	The study aimed to recognize the composition and its role in the professional adjustment of newly recruited university professors "field study at Ibn Khaldun Tiaret University. To achieve the study's objectives, the questionnaire, which contains two parts, was adopted: Part I covers the axis of personal data and part II comprised two main axes: the subthemes of the study, which were applied to a sample of 57 newly recruited professor's professors who received pedagogical composition and benefited from formative programmes, were chosen intentionally, and the study relied on the analytical descriptive curriculum, and was used in statistical processing. (spss) In the analysis of tables, through the study we reached the following results: - Newly recruited university professors' training programmes contribute to improving their professional adaptation. - Distance training programmes for newly recruited university professors contribute to improving their professional adaptation	en_US
dc.description.abstract	هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على أهمية التكوين ودوره في التكيف المهني للأساتذة الجامعيين حديثي التوظيف "دراسة ميدانية بجامعة ابن خلدون تيارت.ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم إعتماد على الإستبيان والذي يحتوي على جزأين: الجزء الأول يشمل محور البيانات الشخصية والجزء الثاني إشتمل محورين رئيسيين جسدا الفرضيات الفرعية للدراسة، تم تطبيقه على عينة من الأساتذة بلغ عددهم 57 مبحوثا من الأستاذة حديثي التوظيف الذين تلقوا التكوين البيداغوجي وإستفادوا من البرامج التكوينية، وتم إختيارهم بطريقة قصدية، كما إعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وأستخدم في معالجة الإحصائية البرنامج الإحصائي spss في تحليل الجداول، توصلنا من خلال الدراسةإلى النتائج التالية: - تساهم برامج التكوين الحضوري للأساتذة الجامعيين حديثي التوظيف في تحسين تكيفهم المهني. - تساهم برامج التكوين عن بعد للأساتذة الجامعيين حديثي التوظيف في تحسين تكيفهم المهني	en_US
