| Résumé: | تناولت الدراسة "واقع الرقابة التنظيمية في المؤسسة الجزائرية"ومن بين الأهداف التي سعت الدراسة إلى تحقيقها ذه الكشف عن مدى دراية العمال بالقوانين واللوائح التنظيمية وإبراز نجاح العملية الرقابية حينما يتم الإلتزام القوانين والسعي لمعرفة الأساليب الرقابية المطبقة في المؤسسة الجزائرية. إعتمدت الدراسة على الإستمارة كأداة أساسية لجمع المعطيات والبيانات حيث طبقت هذه الأخيرة مع العمال داخل مؤسسة سونلغاز بولاية "تيارت" .حيث تضمنت 37 سؤال تتكون من ثلاثة محاور تضم خصائص العينة . وتم الإعتماد في هذه الدراسة على عينة العشوائية الطبقية ،وقمنا بإستخدام المنهج الكمي لتحليل النتائج إحصائيا وبالإضافة إلى المنهج الكيفي في تحليل المعطيات سوسيولوجيا وتفسيرها |
| Description: | The study dealt with "the reality of regulatory oversight in the Algerian institution" and among the objectives that the study sought to achieve is to reveal the extent of workers' knowledge of the laws and regulations, to highlight the success of the oversight process when these laws are adhered to, and to seek to know the oversight methods applied in the Algerian institution. The study relied on the questionnaire as a basic tool for collecting data and data, as the latter was applied to workers within the Sonelgaz Corporation in the state of "Tiaret". It included 37 questions consisting of three axes that included the characteristics of the sample. This study relied on a stratified random sample, and we used the quantitative approach to analyze the results statistically, in addition to the qualitative approach in analyzing and interpreting sociological data . |
