| Résumé: | هدفت الدراسة الراهنة إلى محاولة معالجة موضوع الأساليب الرقابية والإلتزام الوظيفي والذي يعتبر من أهم المواضيع التي تحظى بإهتمام كبير من الباحثين والمختصين في العلوم الإجتماعية وبالأخص علم إجتماع التنظيم والعمل ، ولقد قمنا بتقسيم دراستنا إلى جانبين نظري وميداني . جانب نظري: حاولنا من خلاله توضيح الإطار التصوري و النظري للدراسة والذي يتضمن كل من الإشكالية ، الفرضيات ، أهمية وأهداف الدراسة، مبررات إختيار الموضوع ، بالإضافة إلى البناء المفاهيمي للدراسة ، وعرض الدراسات السابقة ، كما وضحنا مختلف المداخل النظرية المفسرة للموضوع . جانب ميداني : من خلاله قمنا بإتباع إستراتيجية منهجية متكاملة التي شخصت لنا الواقع الفعلي لمتغيرات الدراسة وقربتنا أكثر من فهم المؤسسة مديرية التربية بولاية تيارت كنموذج ، حيث تشمل هذه الإستراتيجية المنهجية على أهم الإجراءات المنهجية والتي تمثلت في إعتمادنا على المنهج الوصفي بإختيار عينة عشوائية طبقية شملت 80 مفردة من مجموع مجتمع البحث الكلي ، موزعة على الفئات السوسيومهنية وبأخذ 15 % من كل فئة حسب طريقة التوزيع المتساوي، كما إعتمدنا على تقنية الإستمارة كأداة رئيسية في جمع البيانات إضافة إلى أدوات مساعدة تمثلت في الملاحظة والمقابلة، وإستخدمنا برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الإجتماعية، وإعتمدنا على مقاييس النزعة المركزية المتمثلة في المنوال، علاوة على تحليل وتفسير البيانات الميدانية ومناقشتها في ضوء الفرضيات، الدراسات السابقة ، النظريات وفي الأخير إقتراح بعض القضايا والتوصيات العامة |
| Description: | The current study aimed to try to address the subject of control methods and functional commitment, which is one of the most important topics of great interest to researchers and specialists in the social sciences, especially the sociology of organization and work, and we have divided our study into two theoretical and field aspects Theoretical aspect : through which we tried to clarify the conceptual and theoretical framework of the study, which includes both the problem, hypotheses, the importance and objectives of the study, the justifications for choosing the topic, in addition to the conceptual construction of the study, and the presentation of previous studies, as we explained the various theoretical approaches explaining the subject. Field aspect: Through which we followed an integrated methodological strategy that diagnosed the actual reality of the study variables and brought us closer to the understanding of the institution, the Directorate of Education in the state of Tiaret as a model , as this methodological strategy includes the most important methodological procedures, which was our reliance on the descriptive approach by selecting a random sample that included 80 individuals from the total research community,distributed among the sociological groupsAnd taking 15% of each category according to the method of equal distribution, and we also relied on the form technology as the main tool in data collection in addition to the auxiliary tools represented in observation and interview, and we used the statistical package program for the social sciences, and we relied on one of the measures of central tendency represented in the mode, in addition to analyzing and interpreting field data, and discussing them in the light of hypotheses, previous studies, theories Finally, some general issues and recommendations |
