| dc.description | This project presents a technical study for a reinforced concrete hôtel consisting of a ground floor and five floors with a basement. The hôtel will be built in Algiers. It is considered a seismic friction zone (Zone III) ,according to the Algerian seismic code RPA99/version 2003. Using the calculation regulations (RPA99/version 2003 and B.A.E.L91 modified99) and the ETABS (v9.7.4) calculation software, this study begins with a complete presentation of the project. Afterwards, the preliminary dimensioning of the main and secondary elements is performed. Then, the seismic study of the structure is conducted, including the study of frames, solid slabs and walls. | dc.description.abstract | Ce projet présente une étude technique d'un hôtel en béton armé composé d'un rez-de-chaussée plus cinq étages avec un sous-sol. L'hôtel sera implanté à Alger. Il est considéré comme un zone frottement sismique (zone III) selon le règlement parasismique algérien RPA99/version 2003. En utilisant le règlement de calcul (RPA99/version 2003 et B.A.E.L91 modifié99) ainsi que le logiciel de calcul ETABS (v9.7.4), cette étude commence par la présentation complète du projet. Ensuite, le pré-dimensionnement des éléments principaux et secondaires. Après, l'étude sismique de la structure, la suite du travail concerne l’étude des portiques, dalle pleine et les voiles.
