dc.description.abstract	تتناول هذه الدراسة الفلسفة الهيغلية و نظرية الحق في فلسفة هيغل و المذهب الفلسفي الهيغلي.كما تتطرق الدراسة الى نظرية الاتصال عند هيغل اذ تعتبر احد المفاهيم الاساسية في فلسفته ،و تركز على الاثر الذي يتركه الاتصال بين الاشخاص على شكل تبادل للافكار و المعاني و مفهوم الاتصال في الفكر الفلسفي ،بالاضافة الى المشروع النقدي الهيغلي .و ثم استعراض مفاهيم اساسية مثل مفهوم الفلسفة و العقل و الجدل و الهيغلية ، و اقسام المنطق ، اضافة الى خصاىص الاتصال في الفكر الغربي . كما يتم تحليل منبع الفكر الهيغلي من خلال المثالية اليونانية و المثالية الالمانية ، و يتم استعراض دور الفلسفة و الدين في الفكر الهيغلي ، و نقد و تقييم الفكر الهيغلي.	en_US
dc.description.sponsorship	This study discusses Hegelian philosophy and the theory of rights in Hegel's philosophy, as well as the Hegelian philosophical school. The study also addresses Hegel's theory of communication, which is considered one of the fundamental concepts in his philosophy, and focuses on the impact that communication between individuals has in terms of exchanging ideas and meanings, and the concept of communication in Western philosophy, in addition to the Hegelian critical project. Fundamental concepts such as the concept of philosophy, reason, debate, and Hegelianism, as well as the divisions of logic, are reviewed, along with the characteristics of communication in Western thought. The source of Hegelian thought is analyzed through Greek idealism and German idealism, and the role of philosophy and religion in Hegelian thought is reviewed, along with a critique and evaluation of Hegelian thought.	en_US
