| Résumé: | هدفت الدراسة الحالیة إلى الكشف عن مستوى الضغط النفسي لدى أعضاء سلك التمریض العاملین بمصلحة الطب العقلي لدى (الطبیب، الممرض، عامل الإستقبال والتوجیه). لتحقیق هذا الهدف، تم إستخدام المنهج العیادي، بالإعتماد على المقابلة العیادیة والملاحظة تم التأكد من خصائصه السیكومتریة من قبل الباحث، ،Levenstien العلمیة ومقیاس لیفنستاین وقد تكونت العینة من ثلاث حالات (الطبیب، الممرض، عامل الاستقبال والتوجیه). وأسفرت النتائج الدراسة على مایلي: - مستوى الضغط النفسي لدى الطبیب العامل بمصلحة الطب العقلي متوسط. - مستوى الضغط النفسي لدى الممرض العامل بمصلحة الطب العقلي مرتفع - مستوى الضغط النفسي لدى عامل الإستقبال والتوجیه بمصلحة الطب العقلي مرتفع |
| Description: | The current study aimed to reveal the level of psychological stress among the members of the nursing staff working in the Department of Psychiatry (the doctor, nurse, receptionist and guidance worker). To achieve this goal, the clinical approach was used, based on the clinical interview, scientific observation, and the Levenstien scale. Its psychometric characteristics were confirmed by the researcher. The sample consisted of three cases (doctor, nurse, receptionist and guidance worker). The results of the study on The level of psychological pressure of the doctor working in the Department of Psychiatry is medium. - The level of psychological stress for the nurse working in the psychiatry department is high - The level of psychological stress among the reception and guidance worker in the psychiatry department is high |
