| Résumé: | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تقييم حركة النشر الالكتروني للمجلات العلمية المتاحة على منصة ASJP والتي تسمح بنشر أعمال الباحثين والمتخصصين في مجال علم المكتبات والمعلومات، وذلك وفقا لمعايير قواعد البيانات العالمية التي تسعى إلى الارتقاء بجودة الابحاث العلمية. وهذا باستخدام المنهج الوصفي بأسلوب التحليل. من أجل التعرف على واقع تصنيف المجلات العلمية في البوابة الجزائرية والتي تمثلت في عينة من المجلات المختصة والتي لها علاقة بعلم المكتبات والمعلومات. وقد توصلنا من خلال الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج تمثلت أهمها في توجه الباحثين في علم المكتبات والمعلومات للنشر في المجلات العلمية العامة المصنفة المتعلقة بالتخصص، وذلك من أجل استكمال الباحثين في التخصص للشروط الادارية المتعلقة بالمناقشات (الدكتوراه، التأهيل الجامعي، الأستاذية). وعدم النشر في المجلات العلمية غير المصنفة المتخصصة في مجال علم المكتبات والمعلومات لانها تدعم النشر العلمي فقط وهذا ما أدى إلى ضعف حركة النشر فيها وعزوف الباحثين إلى النشر في المجلات العامة المصنفة والمتضمنة لمجال علم المكتبات والمعلومات من أجل الترقية والنهوض ودعم النشر العلمي. |
| Description: | This study aims to evaluate the electronic publishing movement of scientific journals available on the ASJP platform, which allows the publication of the work of researchers and specialists in the field of library and information science, in accordance with the standards of international databases that seek to improve the quality of science research. This is by using the descriptive method in the analytical method in order to identify the reality of the classification of scientific journals ik the Algerian portal, which was represented in a sample of specialized journals related to library and information science. Through the study, we reached several results, the most important of which was the tendency of researchers in library and information science to publish in classified general scientific journals related to the specialization, in order for researchers in the specialization to complete the administrative conditions related to discussions, doctoral qualification, university qualification, professorship. And not to publish in unclassified scientific journals specialized in the field of library and information science because they support scientific publishing only scientific publishing |
