| Résumé: | يعد تخصص علم المكتبات و المعلومات من اهم التخصصات لأنه يدرس المعلومات هذا ما يعطي هذا المجال الدراسي قيمة كبيرة وبالذات في عصر المعلومات، اذ يعرف الطلبة بالمستجدات الحديثة في المهنة ويعمل على اثراء معارفهم العلمية وخبراتهم في المجال. جاءت هذه الدراسة لتحديد العوامل التي تتحكم في توجه طلبة العلوم الانسانية بجامعة ابن خلدون تيارت لاختيار هذا التخصص، كالعوامل الذاتية، الاجتماعية و الاكاديمية والمهنية لهذا كان لابد علينا من القيام بدراسة هذا الموضوع. اذ ان عزوف الطلبة عن اختيار تخصص علم المكتبات و المعلومات جاء نتيجة لمجموعة من الدوافع اهمها: نقص المعرفة حول طبيعته و مفهومه و الانطباعات التي اخذها الطلبة من فريق التكوين و كذا وجود تخصصات منافسة له مثل اعلام و اتصال و التاريخ لكونها تخصصات لها قابلية التوظيف في قطاع التعليم. |
| Description: | The specialization of library and information science is one of the mosotr tiamnpt specialties because it studies information, which gives this field of study great value, especially in the information age, as it familiarizes students with the new developments in the profession and works to enrich their scientific knowledge and expertise in the field. This study was done to identify the factors that drives the Human Sciences students at Ibn Khaldoun Tiaret University to choose this discipline, as subjective, social, academic and professional factors, and that's why we had to study this topic. The reluctance of students to choose a specialty in library and information science is the result of a number of motives, the most important of which is: a lack of knowledge about its nature and concept, the impressions that students from the training team took, and the presence of competing specializations like media, communication and history, as they have the potential to be hired in the education sector. |
