| Résumé: | عالجنا في موضوع مذكرتنا قانون الحالة المدنية الفرنسي الصادر بتاريخ 23 مارس 1882 وأثره على المجتمع الجزائري. لقد سعت الإدارة الإستعمارية الفرنسية إلى تنفيذ جملة من الدشاريع والقوانتُ وإحداث عدة تغتَات في الجزائر خلاؿ القرف التاسع عشر 19 ، فبعدما بسكنت من ترتيب الأرض والقبائل بدوجب قانوف سيناتوس كونسيلت وقانوف الدلكية الفردية كاف من الضروري إعادة ىيكلتها وفق خطط فرنسية، ولتحقيق ىذا الذدؼ أصدرت قانوف الحالة الددنية في 23 مارس 1882 وألحق بو مرسو تنفيذي 13 مارس 1883 ، نتج عن ىذا القانوف ظهور برولات جديدة كانت لذا انعكاسات وخيمة على المجتمع الجزائري حيث زعزعت البنية الإجتماعية ا ولإقتصادية وخلفت أثار نفسية وقامت بتفكيك النظا القبلي وطمس الذوية الوطنية الإسلامية وتشويو الألقاب الجزائرية. |
| Description: | In the subject of the memorandum, we dealt with the frenche civil statues Law promulgated on March 23rd 1882 and its effection on the Algerian society. The french colonial administration sought to implement a number of projcets and Laws and bring about several changes in Alegria during the 19th century. After It was able to arrange the land and tribes accarding to the senatus courail Law and the individnal property Law, It was necessery to restructure thème accarding to frenche plans to acheive This Gool. Hissued the civil status Law on march23rd 1882 and an exécutive decree attached to It on march13th1883. This Law resulted in the emergence of new transformations That have dir repercussions on Alegria society, as they destobilized the social and economic structure, left psychological effectes, dismantled the tribal system, obliterated the Islamic national indentity, and distrated Algerian names. |
