dc.description	Rabeh Bitat is a leading figure par excellence, and a symbol of historical legitimacy. He had a great and distinguished presence in the history of Algeria because of the great and purposeful role he played in achieving independence for the country. To power, as some did, that is, it was not in a way that obstructed those around it. Through what we have noticed, the Algerian regime did not dispense with it, and if it did not have a political position in the state, it might have another position in one of the other aspects.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	ربح بيطاط شخصية قيادية بامتياز، ورمز من رموز الشرعية التاريخية، فقد كان له حضور كبير ومميز في تاريخ الجز ا ئر لما لعبه من دور كبير وهادف في تحقيق الإستقلال للبلاد،فقد عمد النظام الجزا ئري على الحفاظ عليه طيلة المر ا حل التي مر بها باعتباره شخصية نزيهة لم تسعى للوصول إلى السلطة كما عمل البعض، أي لم يكن بشكل عائق على من حوله، فمن خلال ما لاحظناه أن نظام الحكم الجز ا ئري لم يستغني عنه فإذا لم يكن له منصب سياسي في الدولة فقد يحضى بمنصب آخر في جانب من الجوانب الأخرى	en_US
