dc.description	In this research, we have dealt with the issue of the technology of processing archival documents digitally in a field study at the Tiaret Municipal Archives, since these institutions and centers have witnessed technological developments and rapid changes by adopting and moving from traditional methods to digital methods to facilitate the management and processing of documents through electronic media, and to facilitate their circulation when needed. Through this study, they are trying to identify the reality of the use of modern techniques in processing archival documents in the Tiaret Municipal Archives Authority and to identify whether this interest has adopted this project. At the end of the study, we concluded that the Tiaret Municipal Archives Authority had not activated the digitization project in order to deal with its documentary balance in digital form, and that it suffers from a lack of qualified personnel in the field of digitization. Archiving documents digitally to facilitate dealing with documents, shorten effort and time to search for them, and improve the conditions of interest by providing them with modern and advanced devices and equipment.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	لقد تناولنا في هذا البحث موضوع تقنیات معالجة الوثائق الأرشیفیة رقمیا كدراسة میدانیة بمصلحةأرشیف بلدیة تیارت ، كون أن هذه المؤسسات والمراكز شهدت تطورات تكنولوجیة وتغیرات سریعة بالإنتقال من الأسالیب التقلیدیة إلى الأسالیب الرقمیة لتسهیل تسییر الوثائق ومعالجتها وحفظها وتخزینها عبر وسائط إلكترونیة لتسهیل تداولها عند الحاجة. محاولین من خلال هذه الدراسة التعرف على واقع إستخدام التقنیات الحدیثة في معالجة الوثائق الأرشیفیة الموجودة بمصلحةأرشیف بلدیة تیارت والتعرف ما إن كانت هذه المصلحة قد تبنت هذا المشروع. وقد توصلنا من خلال هذه الدراسة على أن مصلحة أرشیف بلدیة تیارت لم یتم تفعیل مشروع الرقمنة بها لمعالجة رصیدها الوثائقي بالشكل الرقمي وأنها تعاني من نقص في الموظفین المؤهلین في مجال الرقمنة والأرشیف، وحا ولنا في النهایة وضع جملة من الإقتراحات التي ختمنا بها الدراسة أبر زها ضرورة تبني المصلحة مشروع معالجة الوثائق الأرشیفیة رقمیا لتسهیل التعامل مع الوثائق وإقتصار الجهد والوقت في البحث عنها وتحسین ظروف المصلحة لتوفیر أجهزة ومعدات حدیثة ومتطورة.	en_US
