| Abstract: | تناولت هذه الدراسة موضوع الضغط النفسي واستراتیجیات المواجهة لدى الأستاذة الجامعیة المتزوجة بحیث هدفت إلى التعرف عن مستوى الضغط النفسي الذي تعاني منه الأستاذة الجامعیة المتزوجة وتحدید نوع الإستراتیجیة المستخدمة لمواجهة تلك الضغوط وذلك بإتباع المنهج العیادي على 3 حالات من الأستاذات الجامعیات من خلال تطبیق تقنیة دراسة حالة . وقد اعتمدت الدراسة في جمع المعلومات على استبیان الضغط النفسي للفانستاین واستبیان استراتیجیة المواجهة لازاروس وفولكمان ( 1984 ) وتم اعتماد على هذه الأدوات من اجل التحقق من صحة الفرضیات المطروحة بالإضافة إلى المقابلة النصف الموجهة والملاحظة. توصلت الدراسة بعد تحلیل النتائج إلى: 1 یوجد مستوى مرتفع للضغط النفسي لدى الأستاذة الجامعیة المتزوجة. 2 تستخدم الأستاذة الجامعیة المتزوجة إستراتیجیة حل المشكل وحالة واحدة تستخدم إستراتیجیة التجنب. |
| Description: | This study dealt with the issue of psychological pressure and coping strategies of the married university professor، so that it aimed to identify the level of psychological pressure that the married university professor suffers from، and to determine the type of strategy used to confront these pressures، by following the clinical approach on 3 cases of university professors through the application of a case study technique. The study relied on the collection of information on the psychological stress questionnaire of Vanstein and the coping strategy questionnaire of Lazarus and Volkman (1984). These tools were relied upon in order to validate the hypotheses put forward، in addition to the semi-guided interview and observation. After analyzing the results، the study concluded: -1There is a high level of psychological pressure in the married university professor. -2The married university professor used the problem-solving strategy، and one case used the avoidance strategy. |
