dc.descriptionThe current study aimed to find out the correlation between leadership behavior and achievement motivation among employees in the hospital institution, Jilali Bounaama, Qasr al-Shalala district, Tiaret state, using the descriptive approach, and applying data collection tools (Leadership Behavior Questionnaire for Shirak Zainab) and (Achievement Motivation Scale by Kamal Mustafa Othman Hazeen) on a sample. It consists of (100 employees) during the month of March 2023, and using appropriate statistical methods, and with the help of the statistical package program for social sciences spss 22, the following results were reached:- There is a statistically significant correlation between leadership behavior and achievement motivation among employees in the Jilali Bounaama Hospital, Qasr al-Shalala district, Tiaret state With a correlation coefficient of (0.265), it is statistically significant at the level of significance (0.01). _ There is a correlation between the behavior of general (democratic) leadership and the achievement motivation of the employees in the hospital institution, Djilali Bounaama, Qasr al-Shalala district, Tiaret state With a correlation coefficient of (0.401), it is statistically significant at the level of significance (0.01). _ There is a correlation between the preferential (dictatorial) leadership behavior and the motivation for achievement among the employees in the Jilali Bounaama Hospital, Chellala Palace, Tiaret state (_0.417). There are no statistically significant differences in the level of leadership behavior among employees in the hospital institution, Jilali Bounaama, Qasr al-Shalala district, Tiaret state, due to the gender variable. - There are no statistically significant differences in the level of achievement motivation among the employees of the Jilali Bounaama Hospital, Qasr al-Shalala district, Tiaret state, due to gender variable.en_US
