| Résumé: | هدفت الدراسة الحالية الى الكشف عن علاقة التوافق المهني بالأداء الوظيفي لدى أساتذة التعليم المتوسط بتيارت و شملت العينة 127 أستاذ، حيث كانت إشكالية البحث كالتالي : هل توجد علاقة ارتباطية بين التوافق المهني و الاداء الوظيفي لدى اساتذة التعليم المتوسط يتيارت؟و التي تفرعت عنها التساؤلات التالية :هل توجد علاقة ارتباطية بين التوافق الذاتي و الأداء الوظيفي لدى اساتذة التعليم المتوسط بتيارت؟ هل توجد علاقة ارتباطية بين التوافق مع بيئة العمل و الأداء الوظيفي لدى اساتذة التعليم المتوسط بتيارت ؟ و بغية الإجابة على هذه التساؤلات تم بناء استبانتين مناسبتين لهذا الغرض و هما استبيان التوافق المهني واستبيان الأداء الوظيفي ، حيث اخضعت لدراسة سيكومترية تحققت فيها شروط الصدق و الثبات ،و بعد استخدام الأساليب الإحصائية التالية المتوسطات الحسابية ، الانحراف المعياري ،و معامل الارتباط بيرسون اسفرت النتائج التي نوقشت في ضوء فروض الدراسة و نتائج الدراسات السابقة على ما يلي : -توجد علاقة ارتباطية دالة احصائيا بين التوافق المهني و الأداء الوظيفي لدى أساتذة التعليم المتوسط بتيار ت و بمعامل ارتباط قدره ( 0.256 ) عند مستوى الدلالة 0.01 --توجد علاقة ارتباطية دالة احصائيا بين التوافق الذاتي و الأداء الوظيفي لدى أساتذة التعليم المتوسط بتيارتبمعامل ارتباط قدره ( 0.210 )عند مستوى الدلالة 0.05.--توجد علاقة ارتباطية دالة احصائيا بين التوافق مع بيئة العمل و الأداء الوظيفي لدى أساتذة التعليم المتوسط بتيارت بمعامل ارتباط قدره ( 0.219 )عند مستوى الدلالة 0.05. |

In order to answer these questions, two questionnaires suitable for this purpose were built, which are the (Professional Compatibility Questionnaire) and (The Job Performance Questionnaire), which were subjected to a psychometric study in which the conditions of validity and reliability were met, and after using the following statistical methods (arithmetic averages, standard deviation, And the Pearson correlation coefficient) the results discussed in the light of the study hypotheses and the results of previous studies resulted in the following: -- There is a statistically significant correlation between professional compatibility and job performance among middle school teachers in Tiaret, with a correlation coefficient of (0.256) at the significance level (0.01). - There is a statistically significant correlation between self-conformity and job performance among teachers of middle education in Tiaret, with a correlation coefficient of (0.210) at the significance level (0.05). - There is a statistically significant correlation between compatibility with the work environment and job performance among teachers of middle education in Tiaret with a correlation coefficient of (0.219) at the significance level (0.05). |
