dc.description	Since the Phoenicians expansion in North Africa and their integration with the local population, the Berbers were affected by their customs and traditions, and the contact with their Levantine civilization, and the establishment of Carthage in the year 814 BC on the coast of Africa. That these relations did not continue quickly turned into bloody hostile relations, which led to its alliance with the Romans and thus the emergence of forces from the competition of Carthage known as the Carthaginian-Roman conflict and this conflict passed through three major major stages, and the conflict was an influential factor on Carthage, which led to the fall of the Carthaginian Empire North Africa in 146 BC at the hands of the Romans.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	مند التوسع الفينقي في شمال إفريقيا وإندماجهم مع السكان المحليين تأثر البربر بعاداتهم وتقاليدهم والإحتكاك بحضرتهم المشرقية وتأسيس قرطاجة في ساحل إفريقيا هذه الحضارة التي لم تكن فيبادئ أمرها سوى مستوطنة متواضعة يرجع تأسيسها إلى الأميرة علبسة بعد الفرار من أخيها بعد مقتل زوجها، إلا أن هذه العلاقات لم تستمر سرعان ما تحولت إلى العلاقات عدائية دموية، مما أدى إلى تحالفها مع الرومان وبذلك ظهور قوى من منافسة قرطاجة عرفت بالصراع القرطاجي الروماني ومرّ هذا الصراع بثلاث مراحل رئيسية كبرى، وكان الصراع عاملا مؤثر على قرطاجة مما أدى إلى سقوط الإمبراطورية القرطاجية في شمال إفريقيا سنة 146 ق.م على يدي الرومان.	en_US
