| Résumé: | هدفت هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على تأثر التحفيز على عملية التحصيل الدراسي وكانت هذه الدراسة مطبقة على أساتذة المتوسط ، واستخدمنا منهج وصفي ارتباطي الذي يناسب طبيعة الموضوع و ذلك بتطبيق مقياس ليكرت الخماسي ، وتم اختيار عينة الدراسة التي تمثلت في 60 أستاذة و أستاذة في التعليم المتوسط ، بحيث تم استخدام الحزمة الإحصائية لمعالجة البيانات في العلوم الاجتماعية SPSS توصلت الدراسة الحالية إلى ما يلي: يوجد مستوى عال من آليات تحفيز الاساتذة في عملية التحصيل الدراسي. توجد فروق بين إجابات الأساتذة تعزى إلى السن ، المؤهل العلمي ، الاقدمية في العمل. توجد فروق بين إجابات الأساتذة تعزى إلى الجنس، التخصص إنطلاقا من نتائج الدراسة يتبين أن مهمة توفير التحفيز للتعلم لا تلقى على عاتق المدرسة فقط، وإنما هي مهمة يشترك فيها كل من المدرسة والبيت معا وبعض المؤسسات الاجتماعية |
| Description: | This study was aimed at identifying the impact of stimulus on the school achievement process and was applied to the average teachers And we used a descriptive approach that suited the nature of the topic by applying the Lycert quinquennial scale, The study sample of 60 female and middle school teachers was selected s social sciences ", so that the statistical package was used to process data in SPSS social sciences, the current study found that: There is a high level of teacher motivation mechanisms in the school achievement process. There are differences between professors' answers attributable to age, scientific qualification, and seniority at work. Differences exist between professors' answers attributable to sex, specialization Based on the results of the study, the task of stimulating learning is not only for the school, but also for both the school and the home together and some social institutions. |
