dc.description.abstract	یعالج هذا البحث موضوع الدیمقراطیة التشاوریة لدى یورغن هابرماس وسیلا بن حبیب ومن خلال ماسبق یمكن استنتاج ان هابرماس حاول صیاغة نظریة اجتماعیة من خلال إرساء التواصل والتشاور وفق اتیقا النقاش وسط فضاء عمومي في إطار لغوي كرد فعل على مخلفات الحداثة والعقل الاداتي، إما سیلا بن حبیب تسعى لبناء برادیغم تشاوري یعید الاعتبار للم ا رة، الأطفال والطبقة العاملة، وإعادة إدماجهم في الوضعیة الكونیة.	en_US
dc.description.sponsorship	This research deals with the issue of consultative democracy for Jürgen Habermas and Sila bin Habib. Through the foregoing, it can be concluded that Habermas tried to formulate a social theory by establishing communication and consultation according to the ethics of discussion in the middle of a public space within a linguistic framework as a reaction to the remnants of modernity and the instrumental mind. As for Sila bin Habib It seeks to build a consultative paradigm that restores consideration for women, children and the working class, and reintegrates them into the global situation.	en_US
