dc.description.abstract	هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعريف بأحد أهم التيارات الفكرية التي تقف وراء سياسات رووسيا ، وذلك من خلال الإجابة على إشكالية مدى تأثير الأوراسية الجديدة للجيوبوليتيكي الروسي ألكسندر دوغين و فكره الفلسفي ، بحيث تطرقنا الى التعريف بالكسندر دوغين و تاريخ و تطور الفلسفة الروسية و أهم خصائصها وتحدثنا عن الفلسفة الروسية المعاصرة و الحديثة ثم انتقلنا الى الفكر الفلسفي الروسي ، ثم انتقلنا الى الفكر السياسي لدى السكندر دوغين و أهم النظريات السياسية الروسية التي ركز عليها دوغين ظهر ذلك من خلال مؤلفاته . استنجنا من خلال دراستنا أن فلسفة دوغين تعني أن كل عنصر من عناصر الفرقة الكونية، يمثل جزء ا من لوحة فسيفسائية تتسع للعالم بر مته، ويمكن لها أن تتطور وتتشكل بصورة مستقلة وبناءة، على أسس من القيم السياسية والاجتماعية الخلاقة، وانطلاقا من نظام راسخ في الجغرافيا الفلسفية، من خلال تقييم المناطق بشكل مستقل، وعلى اتصال دائم، مع حتمية التوافق مع هذا الكيان الوجودي	en_US
