dc.description.abstract	یروم هذاالبحث إلى الكشف عن مدى انشغال الفكر الإصلاحي العربي الحدیث والمعاصر بموضوع في غایة القیمة الإبیستیمولوجیة، وفي الفلسفة السیاسیة أو الفكر السیاسي العربي الإسلامي، وهو سؤال الدولة عندنماذج من المفكرین المصلحین والنهضویین والحداثویین و التجدیدیین بكل أطیافهم الفكریة. نرید أن نبین من خلال هذا البحث أن سؤال الدولة من الأسئلة المهمة التي بات تتطرح الیومبإلحاح على الفلاسفة والمفكرین، لماله من تأثیر كبیر على نسیج المجتمع و واقعه الحضاري والاجتماع، خصوصا في ظل تنامي ظاهرة العولمة وتعاظم منطق المرك زیات والتكتلات، كذلك وأمام الوضع المتأزم للثقافة العربیة الإسلامیة وما تعیشه من تفككات في بنیتها المؤسساتیة والفكریة والاجتماعیة. لهذا اقترح مفكري الإصلاح بكل أطیافهم جملة منال إصلاحات التي تشتهد فتقدیم نظریة فلسفیة متماسكة وفق إیدیولوجیة معینة ومنهج معین بمایحفظللأمة العربیة الإسلامیة كینونتها ووجودها،ویبعث في شعوبها و أف ا ردهاروحالآمل من جدید بعدما إقترب من تمام فقدانه.	en_US
dc.description.sponsorship	This research aims to reveal the preoccupation of modern and Contemporaryarab reformist thought a subject of great epistemological value, and in political philosophy or Arab-Islamic political thought, which is the question of the state according to models of reformist, renaissance, modernist and innovating thinkers in their entire intellectual spectrum. And we want to show through this research that the question of the state is one of the important questions that are being asked today by insisting on philosophers and thinkers, because of its great influence on the fabric of society and its civilized and social reality, especially in light of the growing phenomenon of globalization and the growing logic of centralization and blocs, as well as in the face of the critical situation of Arab-Islamic culture and the disintegrations it is experiencing in its institutional, intellectual and social structure. For this reason, thinkers of reform, with all their spectrums, proposed a number of reforms aimed at presenting a coherent philosophical theory according to a specific ideology and a specific methodology in a way that preserves the Arab-Islamic nation its entity and existence, and rekindles in its peoples and individuals the spirit of hope again after it has come close to completely losing it.
