| Résumé: | هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى معرفة أسباب الهدر التربوي من وجهة نظر أساتذة التعليم المتوسط وذلك في ضوء متغير الجنس وسنوات الخبرة، تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي لتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم تصميم إستبانة تضمنت 28 فقرة موزعة على ثلاثة أبعاد ( أسباب مدرسية، اجتماعية، واقتصادية)، طبقت على عينة أختيرت بطريقة قصدية تكونة من 180 أستاذا وأستاذة، وبعد جمع البيانات تم معالجتها بالإستعانة ببرنامجspss باستخدام إختبار تحليل التباين البسيط anova وإختبار T لعينتين مستقلتين إضافة الى المتوسط الحسابي والانحراف المعياري و النسب المئوية توصلت الدراسة للنتائج التالية : أسباب الهدر التربوي جاءت متوسطة من وجهة نظر أساتذة التعليم المتوسط، وجاءت على الترتيب البعد الإقتصادي بنسبة 45.80 %،والبعد الإجتماعي بنسبة45 %، والبعد المدرسي بنسبة 44.80 %. يوجد فروق دالة إحصائية في إستجابات أساتذة التعليم المتوسط لأسباب الهدر التربوي تعزى لمتغير الجنس لصالح الذكور عند البعد المدرسي والإجتماعي، ولا يوجد فروق دالة احصائيا عند البعد الإقتصادي. لايوجد فروق دالة إحصائية بين إستجابات أساتذة التعليم المتوسط لأسباب الهدر الترب وي تعزى إلى متغير الخبرة المهنية. |
| Description: | The current study aimed to find out the causes of educational waste from the point of view of intermediate education professors, in light of the variable of gender and years of experience, the descriptive approach was relied on to achieve the goal of the study A questionnaire was designed that included (28) items distributed on three dimensions (school, social, and economic reasons), applied to a sample selected intentionally consisting of 180 professors, and after collecting the data, it was processed with the help of the spss program and using the simple analysis of variance test Anova and the T test for two independent samples in addition To the arithmetic mean, standard deviation and percentages, the study reached the following results: The causes of educational waste came medium from the point of view of teachers of intermediate education, and came respectively the economic dimension by 45. 80%, the social dimension by 45%, and the school dimension by 44. 80%. There are statistically significant differences in the responses of middle education teachers to the causes of educational waste attributed to the gender variable in favor of males at the school and social dimension, and there are no statistically significant differences in the economic dimension. There are no statistically significant differences between the responses of middle education teachers to the causes of educational waste attributed to the variable of professional experience. |
