dc.description	Scouts in the cultural and social aspect, we dealt with the "scout branch of the city of Tiaret as a model" in the period from its inception until the outbreak of the liberation revolution,through our presentation of the beginning of the scout movement in the world and the Arab world, up to its origin and development in Algeria under the leader ship of Mohamed Bouras. We also tried to introduce the history of the scout movement in the Tiaret region, mentioning the most important personalities that contributed to its revitalization through its cultural and social activities that it organized, whether at the local, national or international levels, especially that it did not miss any occasion to express its national character, and thus the scout movement played an effective role in Creating a generation that believes in revolution and independence.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	عالجنا في دراستنا الموسومةالكشافة الإسلامية الجزائرية في الجانب الثقافي و الاجتماعي الفرع الكشفي لمدينة تيارت أنموذجا في الفترة الممتدة من النشأةإلى غاية اندلاع الثورة التحريرية،من خلال عرضنا لبداية الحركة الكشفية في العالم والوطن العربي وصولا لنشاتهاوتطورها بالجزائر بقيادة محمد بوراس . كما حاولنا التعريف بتاريخ ا لحركة الكشفية بمنطقة تيارت مع ذكر أهم الشخصيات التي سا همت في أ تنشيطها من خلال أنشطتها الثقافية والاجتماعية التي كانت تنظمها سواء على الصعيد المحلي او الوطني والعالمي خاصة انها لم تفوت أي مناسبة للتعبير عن طابعها الوطني،وبذلك أدت الحركة الكشفية عن طابعها الوطني وبذلك ادت الحركة الكشفية دورا فعالا في خلق جيل يؤمن بالثورة والإستقلال .	en_US
