dc.description	Aggressive behavior is the infliction of physical or verbal harm on others, and it has dominated the school environment. Therefore, our research aimed to identify the causes of aggressive behavior within the educational institution and its impact on linguistic achievement. We revealed through our analysis of the questionnaire that aggressive behavior among teachers (males and females) usually results For social, family and school reasons, and it negatively affects their linguistic achievement, and from it, addressing this phenomenon and taking care of this group has become an inevitable necessity.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	السلوك العدواني هو الحاق الضرر الجسدي او اللفظي بالأخرين و قد سيطر على الاوساط المدرسية لذلك هدف بحثنا الى الوقوف على اسباب السلوك العدواني داخل المؤسسة التعليمية و اثره على التحصيل اللغوي وقد كشفنا من خلال تحليلنا للاستبيان ان السلوك العدواني عند المتمدرسين(ذكور و اناث) ينتج عادة عن اسباب اجتماعية و اسرية و مدرسية و يعود بالسلب على التحصيل اللغوي لديهم و منه معالجة هذه الظاهرة و التكفل بهذه الفئة اصبح ضرورة حتمية.	en_US
