| dc.description | The Algerian legislator has entrusted the task of undertaking the procedures that precede imitation of a public case, to establish the crime, search for its perpetrators, and collect evidence, to a body called the "Judicial Police", And divide it into categories and assign them to research and investigation in private or general laws, and broaden the specializations of categories at the expense of categories other granting them the statutes of a public employee defining them their specializations whether at the regional or qualitative level, and incorporating new amendments to the criminal procedures law, the most recent of which was law 19/10, which shows the importance of this category to the Algerian legislator. The study concluded on this sensitive procedural issue by identifying the organization of the judicial police apparatus, and the specializations assigned to all its categories, especially in light of the recent amendments to the criminal procedure law | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | أوكل المشرع الجزائري مهمة مباشرة الإجراءات التي تسبق تحريك الدعوى العمومية، لتثبيت الجريمة والبحث عن مرتكبيها، وجمع الدلائل، الى هيئة تسمى ب"جهاز الشرطة القضائية" ، وقسمه إلى فئات وخصها بصفة البحث والتحري بقوانين خاصة أو عامة، ووسع من إختصاصات فئات على حساب فئات أخرى، ومنحهم صفة الموظف العمومي، وحدد إختصاصاتهم سواء على المستوى الإقليمي أو النوعي وأدرج تعديلات جديدة على ضوء التعديلات الأخيرة لقانون الإجراءات الجزائية أخرها القانون 10/19، مما يبين الأهمية لهده الفئة لدى المشرع الجزائري. خلصت الدراسة لهدا الموضوع الإجرائي الحساس بالوقوف على تنظيم جهاز الشرطة القضائية، والإختصاصات المنوط بكل فئاته خاصة في ظل التعديلات الأخيرة لقانون الإجراءات الجزائية | en_US |
