| Résumé: | تمخض عن التطور التكنولوجي الهائل تقنيات مبتكرة وناشئة أمثلها الذكاء الاصطناعي، وفي إطار ما تواجهه الدول من تحديات –خصوصا الدول الكبرى-، وبعد تزايد حجم التهديدات اللاتماثلية، وتطور أشكال الصراعات الدولية، وفي ظل ندرة الموارد الأولية في مقابل السعي الحثيث للاستمرار في تحقيق معدلات نمو اقتصادي معتبرة تحافظ على مستوى الرفاه الحالي، يعتبر الذكاء الاصطناعي من المجالات الحيوية التي تساهم في نظم مختلف التحديات وتعديل أبعادها، حيث يعتبر حاليا أهم محرك لميكانيزمات النظام العالمي وتوازنات القوى ضمنه. تستكشف هذه الدراسة عناصر المنافسة ومسارات السباق الصيني-الأمريكي في مجال الذكاء الاصطناعي واستخداماته في التفاعلات الدولية-إذ بلغ ذروته مؤخرا-، فالولايات المتحدة الأمريكية تسعى للحفاظ على صدارتها في المجال والتطوير أكثر، بينما تسجل الصين وتيرة متسارعة ساهمت في تقليص الفجوة بينها وبين المتصدر بغية تحقيق السيادة الالكترونية. |
