dc.description	Torture is considered as one of the most serious inhuman practices affecting freedom and human dignity , Following the significant escalation of acts of torture and human rights violations, the international community had to awaken to find deterrent means for every violation of international human rights law, The most important step taken by the international criminal judiciary was the establishment of criminal temporary and permanent criminal courts concerned with holding accountable every violator of international law and human rights, In consolidation of the principle of criminalization, the statues of these courts have approved international legal principles that prevent perpetrators of the crime of torture being an international crime from impunity.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	يعتبر التعذيب أحد أخطر الممارسات اللاإنسانية الماسة بالحرية و الكرامة الإنسانية، و إثر التفاقم الكبير لأفعال التعذيب و انتهاكات حقوق الإنسان كان لابد من صحوة المجتمع الدولي لإيجاد وسائل رادعة لكل انتهاك للقانون الدولي لحقوق الإنسان، فكانت أهم خطوة قام بها القضاء الدولي الجنائي هو إنشاء محاكم جنائية دولية المؤقتة منها و الدائمة تعنى بمحاسبة كل منتهك للقانون الدولي و لحقوق الإنسان، و تكريسا لمبدأ التجريم أقرت الأنظمة الأساسية لهذه المحاكم مبادئ قانونية تمنع مرتكبي جريمة التعذيب باعتبارها جريمة دولية من الإفلات من العقاب.	en_US
