dc.description	The Corona pandemic has played a prominent role in the transformation of many international issues, whether at the political, social or economic levels, and perhaps foreign policy issues will have the same fate, especially when we talk about Arab countries, most of which are classified as reactive, and challenges The new imposed by the pandemic has prompted many scholars of international relations to reconsider the prevailing concepts of Asia. Those related to security in its broad sense, and here this article comes to shed light on the repercussions of the crisis on the cognitive and practical levels, considering that foreign policy issues are issues of continuous transformation so that the new reality imposes on them building new strategies that guarantee them the right to survive in a world that has become more threatened than ever before.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	لقد كان لجائحة كورونا دورا بارزا في تحول العديد من القضايا الدولية سواء على الصعيد السياسي أو الإجتا عي أو الإقتصادي ولعل قضايا السياسة الخارجية سيكون لها نفس المصير خاصة عندما نتحدث عن الدول العربية التي هي في معظمها مصنفة على أنها في خانة رد الفعل، كما أن التحديات الجديدة التي فرضتها الجائحة دفعت بالعديد من دارسي العلاقات الدولية إلى مراجعة المفاهيم السائدة من قبل لاسيا. تلك المتعلقة بالأمن بمفهومه الواسع، وهنا يأتي هذا المقال ليسلط الضوء على تداعيات الأزمة على الصعيد المعرفي والعملي باعتبار قضايا السياسة الخارجية هي قضايا ذات تحول مستمر بحيث يفرض عليها الواقع الجديد بناء استراتيجيات جديدة تكفل لها حق البقاء في عالم بات مهددا أكثر من وقت مضى	en_US
