dc.description.abstract	إن الإلتزام بالسلامة مبدأ عام يهدف إلى الحفاظ على سلامة الأشخاص في مختلف المجالات و عدم الإضرار بهم، و نجد أن المشرع قد طبق هذا المبدأ في مجالات قانون حماية المستهلك ،حيث نص على عدة شروط و أحكام لابد من احترامها عند التعامل مع المواد الغذائية و ذلك حفاظا على سلامة المستهلك الذي يعد الطرف الضعيف في العلاقة الإستهلاكية. حيث نص على الإلتزام بسلامة المواد الغذائية و الالتزام بنظافتها ، فهماالتزامان متكاملان، فلا يمكن ان يكون الغذاء سليما إذا لم يكن نظيفا، و إذا كان نظيفا فهو سليم إلى حد بعيد	en_US
