| Résumé: | تعد قضية الطفولة المسعفة من بين القضايا الاجتماعية ذات الطابع الحساس، وهذا راجع لكونها تخص فئة مستضعفة ضحية لظروف خارجة عن نطاقها، لذلك أخذ المشرع الجزائري على عاتقه مهمة التكفل بهذه الفئة من خلال وضع إطار تشريعي يشمل مجموعة من النصوص القانونية التي أقرت وأكدت على جملة من الحقوق لصالح الطفولة المسعفة، بل أكثر من ذلك وسعيا لاحتواء وحماية هذه الفئة عمد المشرع الجزائري إلى دسترة حقوق الطفولة المسعفة ضمن أسمى وثيقة قانونية للدولة هذا من جهة، ومن جهة أخرى تم وضع إطار مؤسساتي عام ومتخصص يعمل على التكفل ورعاية الأطفال المسعفين ومساعدتهم على الاندماج في المجتمع. |
| Description: | The issue of assisted childhood is among the sensitive social issue, due to the fact that it is related to a vulnerable group who are victims of circumstances beyond their will, so The Algerian legislature has taken on the task of ensuring that this category is covered by a legislative framework that includes a number of legal texts that have been adopted, and then affirm a number of rights in favor of the assisted children. Moreover, in order to protect this category, Algerian legislation has constitutionalized their rights, on the one hand, and on the other hand, he established a general and specialized institutional framework that works on taking care of assisted children and help them integrate into the society. |
