dc.description	The increase in the use of modern technological technologies and their operations in a large part of the activity and movement of individuals in developed and developing countries led to the emergence of a new type of crime called cybercrime. This made the legislator address this new type of crime that has aggravated Algerian society as well as the whole world by issuing a number of laws through which the criminal judge has been given the freedom to take any evidence he deems appropriate, as well as giving him the discretionary power to assess the penalty prescribed for this crime. In addition, the Algerian legislator has created a new mechanism to combat cybercrime, represented by the National Criminal Pole, which is located at the level of the Algiers headquarters court.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	تعاظم استخدام التقنيات التكنولوجية الحديثة و أشغالها حيزا كبيرا من نشاط و حركة الأفراد في البلدان المتقدمة و النامية أدى إلى ظهور نوع جديد من الجرائم سمي بالجرائم السيبرانية. مما جعل المشرع يتصدى لهذا النوع المستحدث من الجرائم الذي استفحل المجتمع الجزائري و كذا العالم بأسره و ذلك بإصدار جملة من القوانين وخول من خلالها للقاضي الجنائي حرية الأخذ بأي دليل يراه مناسبا و كذا منحت له السلطة التقديرية في تقدير العقوبة المقررة لهذه الجريمة. إلى جانب ذلك استحدث المشرع الجزائري آلية جديدة لمكافحة الجريمة السيبرانية المتمثلة في القطب الجزائي الوطني موجود على مستوى محكمة مقر الجزائر العاصمة	en_US
