dc.description	The widespread phenomenon of corruption, its serious consequences for societies and its economic, social and political stability have played an effective role in creating the urgent need to confront it through the necessary efforts at the international level to that end, reflecting the determination of the international community to prevent it from growing. This has been done through the conclusion of several conventions, notably the United Nations Convention against Corruption of 2003. The aim of the research is to clarify the basic parameters of some of the international conventions relating to the fight against corruption.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	كان للإنتشار الواسع لظاهرة الفساد ولنتائجها الخطيرة على المجتمعات واستقرارها الإقتصادي والإجتماعي والسياسي، الدور الفعال في بروز الحاجة الملحة لمجابهتها من خلال بذل الجهود اللازمة على المستوى الدولي لتحقيق ذلك بما يعكس إصرار المجتمع الدولي على منع استفحالها، وهو ما تم عن طريق إبرام عدة اتفاقيات من أبرزها اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لمكافحة الفساد لسنة 2003، و التي تشكل بما تتضمنه من أحكام متعددة الإطار القانوني الدولي الأشمل لمكافحة الفساد و ردعه. انطلاقا من ذلك يستهدف البحث توضيح المعالم الأساسية المتعلقة ببعض الاتفاقيات الدولية المرتبطة بمكافحة الفساد	en_US
