dc.description	The study aims to investigate the extent of the impact of new social movements in establishing indicators of political stability or not, related to the peaceful transfer of power, the effectiveness of elites in directing the democratic path, and preserving the unity of the state, which is what the protest forces in Sudan have undertaken following the series of protests that it has witnessed since 2019 due to the entry into force Liquidity and the rise in bread prices, and the results of the study concluded that the social protest movements were able to create a new protest space, distinct in its unity and peaceful mobilization, but it produced the same situation with the return of the military council’s control over the sovereign council, and accordingly the social movements in the Arab region remain spontaneous and sudden protest movements that are quickly contained or Dismantling it, and this is due to the ills that govern the political and social spaces	en_US
dc.description.abstract	تهدف الدراسة للبحث في مدى تأثير الحركات الإجتماعية الجديدة في إرساء مؤشرات الإستقرار السياسي من عدمه، والمتعلقة بالتداول السلمي على السلطة ،وفعاليةالنخب في توجيه المسار الديمقراطي ،والحفاظ على وحدة الدولة وهو ما اضطلعت به القوى الإحتجاجية في السودان عقب سلسلة الإحتجاجت التي شهدها منذ 2019 بسبب نفاذ السيلولة وارتفاع أسعار الخبز،ووصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن الحركات الإجتماعية الإحتجاجية إستطاعت خلق مساحة إحتجاجية جديدة،مميزة في وحدتها وتعبئتها السلمية إلا أنها أنتجت الوضع ذاته بعودة سيطرة المجلس العسكري على المجلس السيادي ،وعليه تبقى الحركات الإجتماعيةفي المنطقة العربية حركات إحتجاج عفوية وفجائية سرعانما ما يتم إحتوائها أو تفكيكها وهذا راجع للإعتلالات التي تحكم الفضائين السياسي والإجتماعي	en_US
