| Résumé: | يعد تقرير اللورد بيفريج أول نظرية متكاملة للضمان الاجتماعي قامت على خطة إصلاحية أساسية لنظام الضمان الاجتماعي البريطاني تعتمد على مبادئ أساسية أهمها مبدأ التوحيد أي التأمين من كل المخاطر باشتراك واحد وبطاقة واحدة، ومبدأ التعميم والشمولية من حيث الأشخاص ومن حيث الأخطار بمد مظلة الضمان الاجتماعي لأكبر عدد من أفراد المجتمع، تعد الجزائر من الدول التي اعتمدت هذه المبادئ ضمن الإصلاحات الكبرى لمنظومتها للضمان الاجتماعي على مدار تطوراتها المختلفة ذلك ما نعالجه ضمن هذه الدراسة. |
| Description: | Our interest in Lord Beverage's report is for the fact that he was the source of the first integrated theory of social security based on a basic reform plan for the British social security system that stands on basic principles, the most important of which is the principle of unification, that is, insurance against all risks with one subscription and one card, and the principle of generalization and comprehensiveness in terms of people and in terms of risks by extending the social security umbrella to the largest members of society,. Algeria is one of the countries that adopted these principles as part of the major reforms of its social security system over the course of its various developments. This is what we treat in this study. |
