Résumé:	لقد أحدثت الطرق العلمية الحديثة في تحديد النسب جدلا واسعا بين الفقهاء، سواء في إثبات النسب أو نفيه، بين مؤيد لتقديمها على الطرق التقليدية، وبين رافض لذلك، حيث اعتبرها المؤيدون وسيلة دقيقة تحفظ الأنساب وتبلغّ مقاصد الشريعة، بينما اعتبرها الرافضون تزايدا على أحكام الشرع التي تغني عنها، فضلا عن أنها محل للشك والخطأ، وفي مقالنا هذا نحاول عرض آراء الفقهاء في حالة تأكيد نتائج الطرق العلمية لنسب الولد لأبيه، الذي يصر على إجراء اللعان ونفي نسب ولده عنه، حيث أن المشرع الجزائري قد أيد رأي المانعين، وهذا ما يعتبر إجحاف في حق الولد، وتضييعا للأنساب
Description:	The recent scientific methods in determining the proportions have caused a wide debate among the jurists, whether in proving the lineage or denying it, between a supporter of its introduction on traditional methods, and rejected, and in our article, we tried to discuss opinions in case of confirming the results of the scientific methods of the lineage of the boy to his father, who insists on the conduct of the curse and the denial of his son lineage. The Algerian legislator supported the opinion of the Rejectionist, which is considered an injustice against the child and a waste of genealogy. ا
