dc.description	The concept of public security is no longer limited to the traditional concept of defence and protection from external aggression, but is now associated with the strengthening of the comprehensive security system, the raising of challenges in the face of growing environmental threats in the face of rapid climate change, and negative human activities resulting from the overexploitation of natural resources, which has disrupted the environmental balance, necessitating international efforts to provide environmental protection, raise the highest levels of environmental security and support its stability, as a fundamental issue in achieving environmental safety requirements.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	لم يعد مفهوم الأمن العام مقتصرا على المفهوم التقليدي المتمثل في الدفاع والحماية من العدوان الخارجي، بل ارتبط في الوقت الراهن بتعزير منظومة الأمن الشامل، ورفع التحديات في وجه تعاظم التهديدات البيئية في ظل التغيرات المناخية المتسارعة، والنشاطات البشرية السلبية الناتجة عن الاستغلال المفرط للموارد الطبيعية، مما أخلّ بالتوازن البيئي، استدعت تظافر الجهود الدولية لتوفير الحماية اللازمة للبيئة والارتقاء بأعلى درجات الأمن البيئي ودعم استقراره، باعتباره قضية جوهرية في تحقيق مقتضيات السلامة البيئية.	en_US
