dc.description	The issue of illegal immigration has become today of great importance in defining and directing international relations, especially after the Arab revolutions that took place in the Mediterranean region, including Tunisia, Libya and Syria, where the number of illegal immigrants increased because of the insecurity in countries that knew the Arab movement and that. Because the borders of these countries have become insecure with the spread of smuggled groups and human trafficking, where they affected the countries of the northern bank of the Mediterranean, which led these countries to adopt policies and strategies in order to confront this phenomenon that is increasing and developing continuously	en_US
dc.description.abstract	إن موضوع الهجرة غير الشرعية أصبح اليوم يكتسي أهمية بالغة في تحديد و توجيه العلاقات الدولية خصوصاً بعد الثورات التي العربية التي شهدتها المنطقة المتوسطية منها تونس و ليبيا و سوريا أين تزايد عدد المهاجرين غير الشرعيين و ذلك بسبب إنعدام الأمن في الدول التي عرفت الحراك العربي و ذلك لكون حدود هاته الدول أصبحت غير آمنة مع إنتشار الجماعات المهربة و المتاجرة للبشر أين أثرت على دول الضفة الشمالية من المتوسط ما أدى بهذه الدول إلى تبني سياسات و استراتيجيات من أجل مواجهة هذه الظاهرة التي هي في تزايد و تطور مستمر.	en_US
