dc.description	The principle of transparency and disclosure is viewed as one of the basic principles that are materialized by the legislator in the laws governing the stock exchange. He assigns the committee, as an independent regulatory authority, to make sure that the information provided by the company is accurate, whether upon entering the stock exchange or when submitting purchase offers, in order to put an end to price manipulation and to the exploitation of inside information. However, this cannot be taken for granted at all because the company also has the right to retain some confidential information if it deems it necessary for its interests, without exploiting and leaking it, even under the threat of legal accountability.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	يعتبر مبدأ الإفصاح والشفافية من المبادئ الأساسية التي جسدها المشرع في القوانين المنظمة للبورصة، إذ كلف اللجنة باعتبارها سلطة ضبط مستقلة بضمان مدى صحة المعلومات التي تدلي بها الشركة سواء عند الولوج إلى البورصة أو عند تقديم عروض الشراء، وذلك لوضع حد للتلاعب في الأسعار واستغلال المعلومات الداخلية. إلا أنه لا يمكن أن يؤخذ ذلك على إطلاقه، إذ يحق للشركة أيضا أن تحتفظ ببعض المعلومات الامتيازية إذا كانت مصلحتها تقتضي ذلك، دون أن تقوم باستغلالها وتسريبها وذلك تحت طائلة المساءلة القانونية.	en_US
