dc.description	In the face of cognitive inequality between the two sides of the consumer relationship in which the consumer is the weakest link to the knowledge and material superiority of the product, and the failure of general rules to achieve effective protection for the consumer affected by the action of defective products, which requires the need to prove the error of the product, which often constitutes difficulty for the consumer and prevents him from receiving Jaber compensation for its damages. The need for a new legal mechanism has emerged to protect the most effective of those affected consumers . Legal systems have therefore moved towards a unified special system of producer liability for damage to consumers from lack of safety in products, so that the existence or absence of a complex relationship does not affect it	en_US
dc.description.abstract	أمام عدم التكافؤ المعرفي بين طرفي العلاقة الاستهلاكية التي يشكل فيها المستهلك الحلقة الأضعف أمام ما يتمتع به المنتج من تفوق معرفي و مادي، و قصور القواعد العامة في تحقيق حماية فعالة للمستهلك المتضرر من فعل المنتجات المعيبة، بما تستلزمه تلك القواعد من ضرورة إثبات لخطأ المنتج الذي غالبا ما يشكل صعوبة للمستهلك و يحول دون حصوله على تعويض جابر لأضراره. برزت الحاجة إلى إيجاد آلية قانونية جديدة تحقق حماية أنجع لؤلائك المستهلكين المتضررين. لذا اتجهت الأنظمة القانونية نحو وضع نظام خاص موحد لمسؤولية المنتجين عن الأضرار التي تصيب المستهلكين من نقص الأمان في المنتجات ، بحيث لا يؤثر فيه وجود علاقة عقدية أو عدم وجودها.	en_US
