dc.description	After the emergence of the Internet, which has become the best means of communication and information transfer and delivery, and the positive impact on the lives of the individual and society, thanks to this technology the geographical boundaries between members of different communities, despite the enormous advantages achieved and achieved every day thanks to information technology on all On the other hand, this growing technological revolution, accompanied by a combination of serious negative repercussions, has necessarily led to the emergence of a new range of criminals different from those of traditional criminals. It is clear from this that the importance of this subject is determined by trying to define the concept of cybercriminals, especially cybercriminals, as distinguished criminals, and to study the criminal behavior of the Internet criminal by identifying the motives and criminal characteristics unique to other criminals.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	بعد ظهور الإنترنت والتي أصبحت الوسيلة المثلى في الإتصالات ونقل المعلومات وتقديمها، وما وفرته من أثر إيجابي على حياة الفرد والمجتمع، إذ بفضل هذه التقنية زالت الحدود الجغرافية بين أفراد المجتمعات المختلفة، وعلى الرغم من المزايا الهائلة التي تحققت وتتحقق كل يوم بفضل تقنية المعلومات على جميع الأصعدة، فإنّ هذه الثورة التكنولوجية المتنامية صاحبتها في المقابل جملة من الإنعكاسات السلبية الخطيرة أدت بالضرورة إلى بروز طائفة جديدة من المجرمين تختلف عن طائفة المجرمين في الجرائم التقليدية. ومن خلال ما سبق تتضح لنا الأهمية البالغة التي يكتسيها هذا الموضوع، من خلال محاولة تحديد مفهوم المجرم الالكتروني وبالأخص مجرم الانترنت باعتباره من المجرمين المتميزين، ودراسة السلوك الإجرامي للمجرم الانترنت من خلال تحديد الدوافع والسمات الإجرامية التي ينفرد بها عن غيره من المجرمين	en_US
