dc.description.abstract	ان التطور العلمي والتقني الذي شهده العالم ، وأيضا اتساع استخدام التقنية الحديثة في مختلف المجالات ساعد على ايجاد أساليب جديدة تتماشى مع التطور الحاصل ، والتي يسرت بشكل كبير مختلف معاملات الأفراد المدنية والتجارية ، ومن هذه الأساليب الحديثة التي ظهرت نجد التوقيع الالكتروني الذي يتميز عن التوقيع التقليدي بطبيعته الالكترونية ، وبما أن عالم التجارة الالكترونية تتم فيه المعاملات على شبكة الإنترنت من دون أي حضور مادي للأطراف ، فانه لا يمكن التعرف على هوية الأشخاص المتعاقدين ، لذا فانه من الضروري خلق آلية أو هيئات تتولى عملية التحقق من هوية الأطراق وتوثق معاملاتهم ، فظهر ما يسمى بالتصديق الإلكتروني .	en_US
