| Résumé: | نظرا للأهمّية التي تكتسيها الغذاء بالنسبة للكائنات الحيّة عموما والإنسان خصوصا، ونظرا للمشاكل التي أصبحت تهدّده لاسيما تلوثه وبالتالي عدم صلاحيته للاستهلاك، ونظرا لما يترتّب عنه من آثار سلبية تحوّله من مصدر للطاقة ومقوّم من مقومات عيش الإنسان إلى مصدر لأمراض فتاكة تقضي على صحته وقوامه وتهدّده في بقائه في كثير من الأحيان، خصّ بهذه الدراسة مبينين من خلالها الأحكام القانونية المتعلّقة بهذه المشكلة أي التلوّث الغذائي بدء بتعريفه، وبيان مصادره، والأضرار المترتّبة عنه، ثم آليات الوقاية منه، مستخلصين من كل ذلك مدى فاعلية هذه الأخيرة لضمان حماية كلّية وفعلية لضمان سلامته في ظل المنظومة التشريعية الجزائرية. |
| Description: | In view of the importance that food acquires for living organisms in general and humans in particular, and in view of the problems that have become threatening to it, especially its contamination and thus its unfit for consumption, and due to the negative effects it entails, its transformation from a source of energy and a fixer of the human subsistence to a source of deadly diseases that destroy his health and strength and threaten his survival Often times, he singled out this study indicating through it the legal provisions related to this problem, i.e. food pollution, starting with its definition, stating its sources, and the damages resulting from it, then the mechanisms of prevention from it, extracting from all this the extent of the effectiveness of the latter to ensure total and effective protection to ensure its safety in light The Algerian legislative system. |
