dc.description.abstract	من المواضيع الجديرة بالبحث القانوني في نطاق القانون الدولي موضوع الحماية التي يوفرها هذا القانون لنوع خاص من الأُسر التي تعيش في مجتمعات متعددة في وقتنا الحالي، ألا وهي الأسرة اللاجئة، فالبحوث والدراسات والمؤلفات نادراً ما تتطرق لأوضاع هذه الأسرة رغم أن هناك مآسي إنسانية كثيرة وكبيرة تطفو للسطح عند الخوض قانونياً في أعماق الوثائق الدولية التي تعالج مواضيع حقوق الإنسان والقانون الدولي الإنساني واللجوء، فهناك تفاصيل دقيقة تتعلق بحياة الأسرة اللاجئة لم يتم التطرق لها بشكل وافي وكافي سواءاً من ناحية الوثائق المعنية باللجوء ام من ناحية المختصين الذين يكتبون عن ظاهرة اللجوء، ولا سيما من ناحية مفهوم هذه الأسرة وخصائصها وتمييزها عن غيرها من الأُسر التي تمر بنفس ظروفها كالنازحة والمهاجرة، وكذلك المسائل المتعلقة بلم شمل الأسرة اللاجئة ومراعاة مسائل الأحوال الشخصية الخاصة بها.	en_US
