dc.description.abstract	يعتبر فراش الزوجية - الصحيح - هو الأصل الشرعي المقرر في إثبات النسب إن ادعى الزوج أن حَمْلَ زوجته أو ولدها ليس منه، فلا طريق لنفي نسبه إلا باللِّعان في الشريعة الإسلامية وحتى في بعض قوانين الأحوال الشخصية للدول الإسلامية . وقد ظهرت حديثاً البصمة الوراثية التي تعتبر قرينة في نفي أو إثبات النسب كدليل شبه قطعي، تلقتْه المجامع البحثية والأوساط الطبية العالمية والقضاء في أكثر الدول بالقَبول ، مما أثارت جدلا كبيرا في إمكانية تقديم البصمة الوراثية على اللعان في حالة نفي النسب .فمنهم من رأى تقديم البصمة الوراثية على اللعان ومنهم من أصر على تقديم اللعان على البصمة الوراثية	en_US
