dc.description	Recently, many countries have adopted new judicial measures to strengthen judicial work and to achieve its effectiveness. Therefore, it ovoids the difficulties faced by judiciary from large number of cases, length of procedures and to burden financial expenditure. Based on above, recourse to alternative justice has become necessary and a pillar of countries policy in modernizing justice sector. This path was followed by Algerian legislator where new and alternative mechanisms have been developed to improve the functioning of judiciary and promote the right of individuals including the "Electronic Bracelet".	en_US
dc.description.abstract	تلجأ العديد من الدول في الآونة الأخيرة إلى اعتماد تدابير قضائية جديدة، لتدعيم العمل القضائي وتحقيق فعاليته، وتفادي الصعوبات التي تواجهها السلطة القضائية من كثرة القضايا، وطول الإجراءات وعبء النفقات المالية. لذلك أصبح اللجوء إلى العدالة البديلة أمرا ملحا وضروريا، ومن دعائم سياسة الدول في عصرنة قطاع العدالة. وهو المنحى الذي اتبعه المشرع الجزائري، حيث استحدث آليات جديدة وبديلة لتطوير آداء السلطة القضائية وتعزيز حقوق الأفراد، من بينها" السوار الالكتروني".	en_US
