| Résumé: | تتمتع دول الخليج العربي بأهمية جيو إستراتيجية جعلتها محل أطماع قوى دولية وأخرى إقليمية، في مقدمتها إيران. وعلى هذا الأساس تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تبيان المحددات المتحكمة في توجيه السياسة الخارجية الإيرانية تجاه دول الخليج العربي، من خلال إبراز العوامل الداخلية من إمكانيات، ومقومات، وعناصر القوة المادية، والقيمية التي تتمتع بها إيران. ومحاولة تفسير كيفية توظيفها من قبل صانع القرار الإيراني للتأثير في دول الخليج، بهدف اكتساب دور إقليمي ووضع موضع قدم لها في المنطقة. وهذا ما يندرج ضمن إستراتيجية إيران لمد وتوسيع نفوذها في الجوار الجغرافي، خاصة بعد الغزو الأمريكي للعراق، وتصدع الجبهة السنية إثر سقوط نظام صدام حسين. |
| Description: | The Gulf States enjoy the importance of a strategic geo that has replaced them with the ambitions of international and regional powers, foremost of which is Iran. On this basis, the study aims at clarifying the determinants of orienting Iran's foreign policy toward the Gulf states, by highlighting the internal factors of Iran's capabilities, elements, and material strengths. And try to explain how it is used by the Iranian decision maker to influence the Gulf States, with the aim of gaining a regional role and place a foot in the region. This is part of Iran's strategy to extend and expand its influence in the geographical neighborhood, especially after the US invasion of Iraq, and the Sunni rift broke after the fall of Saddam Hussein's regime. |
