dc.description	Civil liability claim are one of the most important cases that have become known ,however civil medical liability has to be proven by the plaintiff ,it is difficult for the judge to assess the medical error ,where he or she is referred to the medical expert for medical expertise. Medical experience is the most Important means of proof to which the judge goes , in order to clarify the mystery and questioning that is in his mind about a certain medical error, even in the face of the expert to some objective and personal most important and practical means that determine the medical error of his disappearance.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	تعتبر دعاوى المسؤولية المدنية من أهم الدعاوى التي اصبحت معروفة، غير أنه ولتقوم المسؤولية المدنية الطبية لابد لها من أركان على المدعي إثباتها وتكمن الصعوبة أمام القاضي في تقدير الخطأ الطبي الفني ، أين يلجا إلى الخبير الطبي ليقوم بالخبرة الطبية . فالخبرة الطبية أهم وسيلة إثبات يلجا إليها القاضي ليستجلي الغموض والإستفهام الذي يدور في ذهنه حول خطا طبي معين ،وحتى أمام مصادفة الخبير لبعض الصعوبات الموضوعية والشخصية غير انه تظل الخبرة الطبية إحدى أبرز وأهم الوسائل العملية التي يإمكانها الفصل في وجود الخطا الطبي من إنتفائه.	en_US
