Résumé:	تواجه الجزائر مشكل تنامي ظاهرة الاقتصاد الموازي بأشكاله المختلفة الذي يمس كل قطاعات الدولة ،كقطاع الشغل ،الخدمات، التجارة ، مبادلة العملة ،قطاع البناء ،ويؤدي إلى مخاطر اقتصادية وأمنية بالغة الخطورة في ظل غياب مؤسسات الدولة والتسيير العقلاني لها وعدم وجود وسائل الرقابة الديمقراطية. تسمح السوق السوداء بعمليات تبييض الأموال ،والاتجار بالأسلحة والبشر ،ناهيك عن المتاجرة بالعملة الوطنية وتهريبها وتضخيم الفواتير ،والتهرب من الضرائب بما يحرم ويكبد الخزينة العمومية مبالغ ضخمة تقدر بالملايير من الدولارات تستفيد منها لوبيات تريد إضعاف الدولة أو بالأحرى موت الدولة
Description:	Algeria is facing the growing problem of the parallel economy in its various forms, which affects all sectors of the state, such as the labor sector, services, trade, currency exchange, construction sector and leads to serious economic and security risks in the absence of state institutions and rational management. The black market allows money laundering, trafficking in arms and human beings, not to mention trading in national currency, smuggling and inflating bills, evading taxes, and depriving the public treasury of huge amounts of billions of dollars for lobbies that want to weaken the state or rather the death of the state.
