dc.description	In this paper, we tell some of the means of influence and areas of cooperation that the Executive has in confronting legislative authority in the Algerian constitutional system through the recent constitutional amendment of 2016, Which is an important shift in the Algerian political system, in terms of restructuring the constitutional institutions and their role, in terms of promoting democracy, and in the promotion and promotion of individual and collective rights and freedoms, as well as the realization of the state of law and law, and highlighting the role of the State in the economic and social spheres. The constitution is based on the legal and political system that is framed by the work of state institutions, through the establishment of legal rules that guarantee the achievement of a balance between the authorities through cooperation and integration between them and to make every authority play its assigned role, especially between the legislative and executive branches, so legislation is absolute specialty of the legislative of body, but the application specialty of the executive body.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	نتناول في هذه الورقة البحثية، بعض وسائل التأثير ومجالات التعاون التي تمتلكها السلطة التنفيذية في مواجهة السلطة التشريعية في النظام الدستوري الجزائري من خلال التعديل الدستوري الأخير لسنة 2016، الذي يشكل تحولا هاما في النظام السياسي الجزائري، من حيث إعادة هيكلة عمل المؤسسات الدستورية ودورها، و من حيث تعزيز الديمقراطية، وتكريس الحقوق والحريات الفردية والجماعية وتعزيزها، وكذا تحقيق دولة الحق والقانون، وإبراز دور الدولة في المجالين الاقتصادي والاجتماعي، وقد برزت آثار هذا التعديل الدستوري على المنظومة القانونية والسياسية المؤطرة لعمل مؤسسات الدولة، من خلال إرساء قواعد قانونية تضمن تحقيق توازن بين السلطات من خلال التعاون والتكامل بينهم وجعل كل سلطة تلعب دورها المنوط بها، خاصة بين السلطتين التشريعية والتنفيذية ، فالتشريع اختصاص أصيل للهيئة التشريعية وتنفيذه من اختصاص السلطة التنفيذية.	en_US
